These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the KidsLinker website and application (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
KidsLinker is a kindergarten management system that helps kindergartens share daily observations, attendance, billing and announcements with families. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts and Access
Accounts are created by a kindergarten’s administration or approved following an access request. Submitting a request does not guarantee that access will be granted.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users’ accounts or data;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- upload harmful, offensive or infringing content; or
- share another person’s personal information without permission.
5. Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you add to the Service. You give us a limited right to host, store and display that content only as needed to operate the Service.
You are responsible for your content and for having the rights and permissions needed to add it, including any consent required from parents or guardians for information and photos of children.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to KidsLinker or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service in line with these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
The Service is a tool for communication and record keeping. It is not a substitute for supervision, safety procedures or emergency services.
9. Risk Disclaimer
While we aim to provide an accurate and dependable Service, using any online service involves certain risks. KidsLinker is not liable for losses or damages resulting from service interruptions, incorrect or incomplete information entered by users, the actions or omissions of kindergartens, teachers, parents or other users, or the actions of third-party providers. Users are encouraged to keep their own records of important information and to use their own judgment when relying on the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KidsLinker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to use the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KidsLinker harmless from claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, including if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
